Dreams Together (beta) is a small experiment run by a private individual, Constantin Gozman, Romania. Contact: constantingozman@gmail.com.
What we store
The dream you write (title, why, category, names you type), an optional photo, your first name, and an optional email. A random token in a cookie on your device links your browser to your dreams, so you can return to them and delete them. No password, no account.
What is visible
Your dream page is visible to anyone who has its link. Links are long random tokens and are never listed anywhere. Reactions from recipients (a heart, a high five, "I'm in") and the first name they choose to type are shown on the page.
Measurement
We record simple events in our own database: page created, link shared, link opened, reaction, return visit. A salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself) is kept with rate-limit and open events for the duration of the experiment (at most 90 days) and then deleted. Recipients who open a dream page get a random visitor cookie so we can count one person once; it holds no personal data. We keep anonymous measurement facts (timestamps and a referral link between anonymous ids) for the experiment; they contain no name, email, text or photo. There are no third-party scripts, fonts, trackers or analytics on these pages.
The email field is optional. If you leave one, we may use it only to ask you one question about this dream later. Nothing else, ever. It is deleted with your dreams.
Deleting
Open /me on the device you used and tap Delete. The dream, its photo, its preview image and its reactions are removed immediately; the remaining event rows are anonymised (page and link references cleared). If it was your last dream, your name and email are erased too; the anonymous measurement facts (timestamps and a referral link between anonymous ids) are kept for the experiment. Copies of the photo may stay in Cloudflare's edge cache for up to one day. Pages that were created from your link keep a "referred" marker without your page or name. To delete from another device, email us the link of the page.
Where
Data is stored on Cloudflare (EU region for the database). Adults only: you confirm you are 18 or older when you create a page.
